  • 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Race Expo open. Registration for all races that are not filled up (photo ID and USAT card) is available at the Packet Pick-up Tent.

    Packet Pick-up for all races (bring photo ID and USAT membership card if you have one) is at the Packet Pick-up Tent. Athletes must show picture ID.  Triathletes must show current USAT membership or pay a one-day fee of $10.00.  Wristband placement occurs with packet pick-up.

    Long Course and Olympic distance athletes must have their bikes (with their race number from your race packet) in the secure, guarded transition area tonight. You will have access to your bike in the morning but will not be allowed to rack it or remove it until the race begins Saturday.

    Sprint and Try-a-Tri racers will not rack their bikes until after the Saturday races, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

  • All Triathlon Athletes:
    There will be a mandatory race meeting Friday July 15th  and Saturday July 16th , at 7PM in front of registration***

    Busses (link to bus information) begin transport of athletes and fans from Chelan Ball Fields (link to map) to Lakeside Park at corner of Center Street and West Terrace.

    - Race Expo open
  • 6:30 AM
    Long Course Racers warm up at swim start
  • 6:50 AM
    Swimmers out of water
  • 7:00 AM
    ChelanMan Long Course Triathlon and Long Course Triathlon Relays waves start
  • 7:30 AM
    Olympic Olympic age group waves start
  • 8:35 AM
    10K and Half Marathon begin on East Center Street.
  • 12:00 PM
    Awards for Olympic Racers begins
  • 3:00 PM
    Awards for Long Course Racers begins

  • 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

    Sprint age group waves  START


  • 8:20 AM Try-A-Tri Waves Start
    Each wave is made up of 50-60 athletes and start every 5 minutes based upon age group 
  • 12:00 PM 
    Splash n Dash
    50 meter swim/(wet run if needed), 1500 meter bike and 300 meter run. All in the park.
